We are currently seeking applicants for the following roles and departments for a new immersive experience based in the heart of Waterloo, London.

An all-new live immersive production, set in a vast multi-sensory space. The show will be an epic alternate reality, bringing interactive theatrics to a globally iconic pop culture IP, to create a chilling, once-in a-lifetime, live experience. Company Manager

The Company Manager will head up the Company Management team (including a Deputy) and be responsible for managing the day to day running throughout rehearsals and performances. They will work closely with the Directors, other Heads of Department, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Venue Management, General Manager and Producers to schedule/run rehearsals and run the operation of the shows on a daily basis. They will ensure the coordination and care of the company and be a crucial point of liaison between teams and management on the project.

Deputy Company Manager

The Deputy Company Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running throughout rehearsals and performances. They will work closely with the Company Manager, Directors, other Heads of Department, Production Manager, General Manager and Producers to help to schedule/run rehearsals and run the operation of the shows on a daily basis. They will ensure the coordination and care of the company and be a crucial point of liaison between teams on the project.

Sound No 1

The Sound No 1 is responsible for the maintenance and operation of sound equipment as per the Sound Designer’s specification and is responsible for maintaining an accurate and appropriate sound design of the production as specified by the Sound Designer and the Senior Production Sound Engineer. They are responsible for the management and running of the Sound Department.

The Video No 1 is responsible for the maintenance and operation of video equipment as per the Video Designer’s specification and is responsible for maintaining an accurate and appropriate video design of the production as specified by the Video Designer and Senior Production Video Engineer. They are responsible for the management and running of the Video Department.

Lighting No 1

The Lighting No 1 is responsible for the maintenance and operation of lighting equipment as per the Lighting Designer’s specification and is responsible for maintaining an accurate and appropriate lighting design of the production as specified by the Lighting Designer and Senior Production Electrician. They are responsible for the management and running of the Lighting Department.

Head of Wardrobe

The Head of Wardrobe is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all costumes and the smooth running of the wardrobe department, including the supervision and management of all wardrobe staff. It is the Head of Wardrobe’s responsibility to ensure the Designer’s original specification and look of the production is maintained.

Head of Wigs, Hair, and Make Up

The Head of Wigs, Hair and Make Up is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all wigs and the smooth running of the WHAM department, including the supervision and management of all WHAM staff. It is the Head of WHAM’s responsibility to ensure the Designer’s original specification and look of the production is maintained.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee day to day activities with responsibilities including managing operational requirements and resource allocation, event management during the performances, maintaining a safe and attractive environment for all visitors and staff and ensuring everything is in accordance with all statutory and licensing requirements.

Bar and Merchandise Manager

The Bar and Merchandise Manager will be responsible for the management and running of the Bar and Merchandise departments. They will be responsible for ensuring the Bar and Merchandise areas are fully operational, staffed and stocked appropriately and for managing all related budgets. They will act as the main contact to relevant suppliers.

Event Manager

The Event Manager will be responsible for the overall audience experience, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable evening for all attendees, providing exemplary customer service. They will be responsible for the management and running of the Event department including managing all Event Assistants and Cloakroom staff. Duties which the Event team will be responsible for will include in-show stewarding, guest check in and ticket scanning, cloakroom management and deputising for the box office team.

Box Office Manager

The Box Office Manager will be responsible for all ticketing related enquiries and complaints, act as the main contact for our ticketing partners, generate all necessary reports and drive sales for seasonal packages.
